KultaKori AfroMart was created from a love for authentic African food, culture and community in Tampere, Finland.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make African groceries and familiar flavours more accessible to Africans living abroad while also introducing West African flavours to the Finnish community and new audiences discovering African cuisine.

At KultaKori AfroMart, we believe food is more than nourishment - it is memory, comfort, identity and connection. Whether you are shopping for everyday African staples or discovering these flavours for the first time, we are happy to share a part of our culture with you.

Our Story

What began as a small grocery business has grown into a space where food, tradition and creativity meet.

Alongside our grocery selection, we created Kafe Kulta - home to our fresh homemade specialties inspired by West African flavours. From refreshing Zobo (hibiscus drink) and soft Agege bread to banana bread, hibiscus-infused treats and authentic dried hibiscus flowers sourced from West Africa, every item is prepared and selected with care, warmth and a touch of home.
